i am working out and wanting to gain muscle and strength. my diet used to be pretty weak (little calorie, no protein, no fat). i don't want to lose any weight, just build strength and need help on a good diet...looking to get a good personalized nutritional plan with calories and proteins and all that jazz. maybe even a free websiteAnyone know of a good site for nutritional advice?
the national institues of health(www.NIH.gov) and the world health organization(www.who.int) have great resourcesAnyone know of a good site for nutritional advice?
www.bodybuilding.com is probably my favorite. Lots of advice from independent professionals and comprehensive subject matter. It's also a good place to get supplements at a decent price. The Supersite is where you'll find the articles.
GNC. Any of those. They have protein shakes and 6g protien pills you can take. I use at least 30 a day(6). Working out I go above 50g.
