My favorite is Liquor Live

They do have a virtual bar, but in addition, they have an easy advance search feature where you can select the liquor you have on hand, press search, and see all the different drinks you can make.

Additionally, every cocktail has a calculator for it, so for example, if you want to make kamikazi's, you can input # of drinkers and # of drinks/ person, and it will tell you how much liquor you need to buy.
Hope this helps!Need a good site for advice on mixing drinks?
